Last Sunday I had the pleasure of hosting a photoshoot in my home with Vancouver Island Pin-up model, Dayna Baby Lou with Curtis Dykema and Addy Davies of Edge Photography.   Vintage Fashions by Empress Jade Vintage of course.   Hair and MUA by Dayna herself.   Here is just a taste.

Vintage Fashion with Marstrella Photography

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of working with Larissa Trites of Marstrella Photography.  Hair by Shear Inspiration Studio.   Wardrobe by Empress Jade Vintage.  The photoshoot was on location in Nanaimo BC, Canada on one of the stormiest, coldest days imaginable but the shots were worth it, don't you think?

Vintageous Vintage Fair Victoria BC Canada Mar 2 and 3rd 2012

If you are looking for something fun to do next weekend make sure you come on down to Vintageous,  a 2 day vintage fashion show and fair in Victoria BC Canada. 


This 2nd annual Event will have 30 vendors of vintage clothing for men and women, accessories, costume jewellery, memorabilia, collectibles, record albums, and lots more.   There will also be a roaming fashion show as well as live music and refreshments.

Of course Empress Jade Vintage will be there, so come on by our booth for some groovy vintage fashion.  The lovely Bianca will be roaming through the event dressed in vintage on Saturday and we've got some special surprises for our customers too!

Introducing Bianca, Our New Vintage Clothing Model

The last couple weeks have been a crazy whirlwind of looking for new models, photoshoots at home and on location and collaborating with some very talented guest photographers. Empress Jade Vintage has a brand new roster of gorgeous models and we'll be introducing them in this blog  We'll also be listing some really amazing vintage pieces in the next few weeks, so stay tuned.
